Q1：What details required for a quotation?
A: Please offer your requiremens of the quantity, material, size, shape, anti-counterfeiting technologies and packing method (sheet: suitable for manual labeling; roll: suitable for machine labeling), surface finishing(glossy matte lamination, hot stamping, gloss varnish), etc.
Q2：What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100,000pcs for labels and 1,000pcs for certificates/packaging box, because our company has a variety of equipment, but MOQ also can be negotiated according to customer needs. Feel free to send your inquiry to negotiate quantity with us.
Q3：What is your payment terms?
A: 100% T/T or Paypal advanced. We also accept 50-70% in advance, and balance before shippment. It depends on the total amount and the negotiation with you.
Q4：Can l get a lower price if l order large quantities?
A: Yes, cheaper prices with more bigger size orders.
Q5：Can l get a free sample from your company?
A: Usually we provide the existing samples for free, you can click here to request a free sample. But for the custom samples, a tooling fee may be applied according to the actual cost on the machine.
Q6：How long does it take you to finish a sample?
A: lt usually takes 1-2 working days for digital samples and 3-7 working days to make physical samples by machine.
Q7：How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 4-7 working days, except for special processes.
